Our new division - K & R Developments is headed up by Paul Jones, who has worked in the Building and Construction industry for 40+ years.
If you are interested in developing land, K&R will work in conjunction with you; as the Main Contractor for the Development, for either residential or commercial use.

At K&R we will manage the Project from the point of sourcing suitable land for development, solicitors, architects, planning, material sourcing and allocation as well as all trades that are required for the project.

Our clients have recently purchased this beautiful period home, full of character and potential, and are embarking on a full refurbishment journey.
K & R Group Ltd are proud to be supporting them throughout the development and restoration of this property.
As is often the case with homes of this age, the building survey revealed a number of advisories. Following a detailed on-site meeting with Paul to discuss their concerns and long-term vision for their forever home, our clients have decided to take a phased approach — prioritising the most urgent works while planning further improvements to the main house and external outbuildings over the next five years.
Initial works are scheduled to begin in August 2025, starting with essential upgrades to plumbing, electrics, and roofing.
